OrganiqReddit is coaching software for founders marketing on Reddit. It helps you:

• Research subreddit rules and community style
• Organize your own words through a guided interview into an editable draft
• Run pre-flight rule and tone checks before you post
• Plan comments for new accounts (comment mode)

It does not post to Reddit for you. It is not an auto-poster, bot, or ghostwriting service. You are always responsible for copying content and submitting it manually on reddit.com.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• Email verification is required before checkout (Google sign-in users are exempt).
• One paid trial ($0.69) per email/account, ever.
• You may not share, resell, or sublicense your account.

• Trial: USD $0.69 one-time. Limited features as described on our pricing page.
• Pro: USD $9.99/month or USD $69.99/year, billed through Stripe. Renews automatically until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions honor the rate at signup until renewal.

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal (linked from your account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, but no refund is issued for the current period.

The one-time trial has no recurring charge and therefore no subscription to cancel.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for the trial or for Pro subscription periods already paid, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

• Trial ($0.69): non-refundable, delivered immediately as digital access.
• Pro: cancel anytime to stop future renewals; past payments are non-refundable.

• You comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and each subreddit's rules.
• You do not use OrganiqReddit for spam, vote manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Pre-flight checks are advisory — final judgment on what to post is yours.
• You represent that content you coach is based on your own experience, not invented facts.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs or AI proxy
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or share accounts
• Use the service to build automated posting or commenting workflows
• Upload malware or interfere with other users' access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

OrganiqSpace owns the software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your drafts and space content stored locally in your browser. You grant us a limited license to process coaching requests through our hosted AI proxy solely to provide the service — we do not claim ownership of your words.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. Spaces, Q&A, and drafts stay in your browser by default; account and billing data are stored on our servers.

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee Reddit outcomes (karma, traffic, sales, approval).
• AI coaching may produce imperfect suggestions — you must review and edit before posting.
• We are not affiliated with Reddit, Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrganiqSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of OrganiqReddit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.
